Last updated 6 November 2026

Vital Gateway Group Pty Ltd (ABN 82 623 628 044) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you contact us or use our services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details you choose to share about your enquiry or IT environment.

When you book a consultation online, the details you enter are collected through Microsoft Bookings, part of the Microsoft 365 service we use, and are used to arrange and hold the meeting.

Our own pages don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

The booking panel on our contact page is provided by Microsoft Bookings. When it loads, your browser connects to Microsoft, which receives your IP address and browser details and sets its own cookies, whether or not you book. Microsoft’s privacy statement covers them.

How we use it

  • to respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations
  • to provide, manage and support the services you engage us for
  • to meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Disclosure

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and IT platforms), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires. Some providers may store data outside Australia; when they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to the standard of the Australian Privacy Principles.

Security and retention

We protect personal information with technical and organisational safeguards and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing Show email address. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
